I bought a 2009 BMW X5 from Vancouver Auto Center a while ago. Very low miles and great condition! I love this car and i loved the buying process. So fast and simple. When it came time to get my vehicle serviced, Neal and Bill were very quick to act and get me all the info i needed and got my car fixed quickly. I'm incredibly dubious and always reluctant to cross paths with a used car salesman at a used car dealership. I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled. All my fears and anxiety were permanently laid to rest after meeting the fine folks at Vancouver auto center. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a fair deal on a used vehicle. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I bought a car! All the people were lovely from the mechanic to the owner. They follow through and finish what they promise. Even brought the car to my home because I didn't have a second driver. I know I saw some bad reviews but I don't think any of those take into account this is a new owner (3yrs), small staff, and no business financing. However, everyone was uber sweet and professional during my visits. When I first arrived to look at cars the salesman was out for a few moments, so the mechanic showed me cars with my price point and was very courteous. Stopped by the other day, love 💕 the new updates to the lots and all cars have Carfax reports. Thx Louis and a huge thx to the owner, Moe! 😁

Of all the dealerships in the area, Ali was the best. He was very up front and honest about everything they have in stock. He genuinely cares about the client, and has first hand knowledge about mostly every car on the lot. In the beginning I needed something for my family to all fit in, and had to be AWD SUV seeing as winters coming and safety matters. Then we fixed the family car so space was no longer a concern but we still needed a second vehicle just to be safe. I was able to test drive two different models before selecting the third, that best suited my needs. I got an amazing deal, the car has minor issues that I can fix myself and have already ordered the parts, and thanks to Ali, I’m not in over my head. I’m actually under budget, have a beautiful BMW 328i xDrive with zero monthly payments, and drives like new. If you don’t have a lot of money and you need something quick and safe for your family, go see Ali. He has something for every budget. Even Land Rover Range Rovers. I want one next if the budget permits in the future. I can’t thank everyone enough for their kindness and hospitality at Vancouver Auto Center, they made everything simple, and relaxing. I was nervous about spending my money and ending up with a junk car, like other places around VAC. Those places are overpriced and overrated. Go to Vancouver Auto Center.

During a test drive, we experienced an unexpected hiccup – the car's brakes malfunctioned. However, Bill and Gabe handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They promptly had the brakes fixed, ensuring the car was safe and roadworthy, all without adding any additional cost to the price of the car. Their honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

My friend and I went to Vancouver auto center today and found a wonderful car ! We were treated very well and they gave us a very good deal. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and that we could drive home in a awesome car. The entire process only took about half an hour and we were on our way back to the beach. I would recommend Vancouver auto center to everyone who wants a great car at a great price ! The guys at Vancouver auto center are knowledgeable polite and helpful, and the office is cozy and clean.
